I really did not think this would gain so much traction when I first typed this up at my kitchen table but here we are and the response is just overwhelming. Seeing people align behind Dr. Cabangon like this feels like a genuine shift and I am still trying to process how quickly this took off (my inbox is a total mess right now honestly).

I have known Mr. Cabangon bec we have the same boss. His dedication and integrity in Maritime Industry will suffice the said position.
We were former office mates, he is hardworking man. Which should be the best asset of a public servant. With regard to his education and experience..he is more than qualified. I fully support Mr. Sep Cabangon.
A tough & upright MAN. I"ve been employed for 4 years in the seafarers industry but I'm just starting to learn a lot about MARINA STCW & document proper procedures.

He is co-bunkmate with heart and soul. He is tough to the rule of law will not bent to anyone when he is right. Very capable for the position.
