I keep hearing from people in the halls that the administration thinks this is just a phase or a silly little trend which is honestly so frustrating because it really isn't about that at all. Maybe if they actually listened to us instead of just ignoring the emails it wouldn't have to come to this but I am still working on getting a meeting set up with the principal to talk about why this matters.

I honestly did not think this would gain any traction at all when I first typed it up on my phone between classes but wow we actually have momentum now. It feels like someone might finally listen to us about these quotes (please let them just listen) because honestly the administration has no reason to keep saying no now that everyone is actually paying attention.

No senior quotes? Why take it away? It's pretty much a high school tradition and is one of the few things that makes our "city" of a school seem less... inhuman.

This is something we deserve and I see no reason for them to be taken from the senior class.

I will understand if they took senior prank after last year, but taking away senior quotes for band? For earbuds? Screw that, we want our quotes because that is what is memorable of a senior yearbook.

This is something we look forward to. Why take it away when it’s so harmless
