We, the undersigned express reservation at the plans to replace the current cleaning staff on the I.M. Marsh Campus with privately tendered agency staff because of the following reasons: Security and confidentiality over files and records pertaining to students, schools and children. Security of personal items. The lack of efficiency in waiting for enhanced CRB checks for what could effectively be a constantly changing pool of staff. We hope that at times of great uncertainty for all, these concerns will be taken into consideration with the management and sustainability of the positive culture and ethos of the I. M. Marsh campus and all its staff. We would all prefer to keep the cleaning staff where they are as they perform their duties well and are trusted and respected colleagues.
