The culvert is a highway for crime. It needs to be closed urgently so that we have one less escape route for criminals. It also serves as a hiding place for muggers and sadly I no longer feel safe running on our greenbelt alone.

A quick and easy way in and out of Kirstenhof for criminal element without being seen. Time it was closed off permanently!

It feels like our neighbourhood is under attack. So many break-ins, attempted break-ins, theft etc. Please secure the M3 Culvert for the safety of our community.
