The culvert is a highway for crime. It needs to be closed urgently so that we have one less escape route for criminals. It also serves as a hiding place for muggers and sadly I no longer feel safe running on our greenbelt alone.

This is a thoroughfare for burglars to go in and out from our streets without detection. Our crime on the area is sky high. we need protection. for starters this would be a deterrent.

People frequently seen entering the culvert and exiting the otherside onto the M3. People should not be walking on a highway and it becomes a haven and convenient route for undesirables into the neighbourhood. Please block off the culvert to human traffic. Also to stop rubbish travelling downstream from Westlake and Pollsmoor Prison

This is an easy access and secure escape route for criminal activity. The fact that the other side leads alongside Pollmoor Prison should be of further concern.

I fully support securing the culvert, provided proper care is taken to safeguard wildlife/pets, and proper pollution filters are fitted.

This Culvert is a known entry and exit point for the criminal element committing crimes within the Kirstenhof area. Not to mention the disgusting smells, litter and pollution in there. Pls do something and close it off to people.

I have with others, been aware of this culvert problem for many years but had a problem getting people involved. What design are you going to propose?
