The culvert is a serious threat to the community of Kirstenhof!It is used to enter and as a escape and a hide away to commit any form of crime in our beautiful neighbourhood or on the Greenbelt.It poses a huge threat and danger for members of our community using the Belt for training and or relaxation!!

This is a thoroughfare for burglars to go in and out from our streets without detection. Our crime on the area is sky high. we need protection. for starters this would be a deterrent.

People frequently seen entering the culvert and exiting the otherside onto the M3. People should not be walking on a highway and it becomes a haven and convenient route for undesirables into the neighbourhood. Please block off the culvert to human traffic. Also to stop rubbish travelling downstream from Westlake and Pollsmoor Prison

This is an easy access and secure escape route for criminal activity. The fact that the other side leads alongside Pollmoor Prison should be of further concern.
