I really never thought this would gain this much steam when I typed it up that night in my kitchen (the coffee was definitely too cold) but here we are actually seeing things shift. It feels like people are finally noticing what is happening here and honest to god my mind is racing about what could happen next.

WHY IS THIS EVEN STILL A THING? Totally ridiculous and unfair to the owners. Fix it.
Been waiting for someone to finally tackle this section. It makes no sense for the current rules.
