By signing this petition you are joining us in asking our Spalding County Parks and Recreation Department to allow our children full access to our baseball fields that have been developed and maintained with our tax dollars. We would also like to ask for use of the bases and maintenance as well as the lights and scoreboards.
The scale of this response has secured a formal meeting with the Parks and Recreation director to discuss field access and maintenance protocols. I am currently drafting a letter of intent to outline our specific requirements for equipment and facility usage.

Fix the scoreboards and open the gates. This is ridiculous.

The lights need to be turned on. Kids trying to practice in the dark is a safety hazard waiting to happen.

My kid has been dying to play more ball. Stop locking the gates when the fields are just sitting there empty!!
