The scale of this response has secured a formal meeting with the Parks and Recreation director to discuss field access and maintenance protocols. I am currently drafting a letter of intent to outline our specific requirements for equipment and facility usage.

Fix the scoreboards and open the gates. This is ridiculous.
The lights need to be turned on. Kids trying to practice in the dark is a safety hazard waiting to happen.
My kid has been dying to play more ball. Stop locking the gates when the fields are just sitting there empty!!
baseball is such a big part of this town we need to support these kids and give them a place to develop their skills.
its our money that pays for these fields so why cant our kids use them? makes no sense at all.

we pay taxes for these facilities and the parks dept treats them like private property. let the kids play ball.
