We, the undersign duly registered USTA League Players with a majority residing in Connecticut, request that Southern Connecticut League add Banksville, NY to the SCT jurisdiction allowing us to play in the SCT League using Grand Slam as our host club. We are primarily Connecticut residents choosing to play at Grand Slam which is in very close proximity to Connecticut and the USTA New England Section.
