The Edinburgh Trams project was never designed to help the people of Edinburgh. We believe that the money wasted would have been better spent on services that benefit the patrons in Edinburgh in general, such as access to an NHS dentist, investement in our schools and hospitals and affordable housing. We call upon The City of Edinburgh Council and the Scottisg Government to scrap this white elephant immediately and to re-invest funds in more socially acceptable projects.
