Vale of Glamorgan residents should get at least an hour’s free parking. The amount of disabled parking spots on the island that are empty during the winter is so upsetting to see as local businesses suffer. I do not visit the island for a coffee/ walk if the weather is bad as I have to park too far away.

The council is taking everything off us with cutbacks, at least let us Park for free if we live in the vale. Maybe give vale residents a sticker for the car window so we are exempt for the parking charges. And then charge people from outside the area of the vale.
