Scooters in the middle of the sidewalks everywhere near Coast Blvd where the elderly walk and moms with strollers. Outrageous!

These are an aobsolute blight on the landscape in PB. Not used for the intended purpose, and the City clearly has NO INTENTION of enforcing any regulations whatsoever. How much are these companies paying for this non-enforcement at the expense of public safety?

Ban Scooters. They're dangerous to riders, pedestrians, motorists. and an eyesore to the entire city. I guess out City leaders don't care.

Ban these scooters, they are left littering the streets, sidewalks and neighborhoods . The companies that distribute them are not following any rules.

This was very poorly introduced and caused chaos and injuries which could have all been avoided if introduced with to abid by existing laws and the public's input and approval. Very poorly handled by our City elected representatives.

What a mess! There are scooters every where! People don't put them where they are supposed to go and they throw them on the ground. The other day I counted 46 of them in 3 blocks on La Jolla Blvd. This is turning into a real hazard. Also. why are kids under 18 riding them without helmets?

They are very dangerous and parked all over the place blocking walks, etc.

Scooters parked or abandoned in red zones, blocking handicap spaces, unregulated, on sidewalks, obstructing views. Why allow unregulated scooter companies to profit without any rules or even docking stations ?

I would like to see some sort of compromise! The number of scooters limited. and scooter parking. Laws enforced of safe usage on the road and on the sidewalks.

The inundation of scooters has created a safety risk for riders and non-riders. The E scooters look like litter all over our city - streets and boardwalks.
