They are motorized (so how is this legal on boardwalks, sidewalks?), they are littered everywhere. They are regularly left on private property and are a city liability.

The most ludicrous eye sore to come along...ever. Let's take a congested city and make it worse. The police don't like them, business don't like them. Kids do. Turning the city over to scooters companies that have nearly zero accountability. Sixty scooters per corner doesn't bother the major or council? Councilman Ward is a joke. The others are too.
