They are s hazard! Especially for older people Who are forced to get around them or carefully pull out of parking spaces without hitting one.

Scooters and bikes are trash on the streets. It's only a matter of time before the city is sued for a scooter related death that could have been prevented - foreseeability!

I see no positive reason for having rented scooters on the street

Have witnessed many close calls and now we have a death. What does it take to get something done in this city?

Mission Beach Resident. I love my community. Keep the public safe, ban the share rides - dockless bikes, scooters, and other electric rides.

The scooters are clearly a public nuisance in the community. The reckless use of scooters in the streets and their placement near vehicles, on sidewalks, and on private property are an ongoing problem in San Diego. I have been injured several times trying to move one of these heavy scooters out of the way of pedestrian traffic! They are causing severe head injuries and even deaths... Scooters are undoubtedly a public health issue!

The scooters are always parked on n my driveway or they r blocking the sidewalk! Students in my neighborhood need to start walking instead of using the scooters !

Ban scooters until the scooter companies comply with the new city ordinance. Scooter companies must be insured, and must inform riders of safety issues.

We are in support of banning scooters, this is not the transportation solution we need at the beach. Thanks

It's time for us to force these irresponsible companies to abide by laws and common sense.

I completely support the ban. I have no confidence in the motives of the scooter companies. I have neighbors who woke up to scooter corals directly in front of their front doors.
I would love to have one of these painted in front of our councilmen's homes. See how fast they act on the issue.
