I would like to know if they are going to refund the $150.00 they forced us to pay in order to have their service. This is very frustrating to have to speak to a few customer reprisetatives, before they can even find our accounts. So done with Direct Tv and century link.

Ridiculous that they only come out on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Took a day off work because my receiver broke, was told they were coming in the morning, didn't show up until 2pm only to be told the receiver needed to be replaced and it was back ordered. I was without service for almost 2 weeks and when asked about an account credit I was told they couldn't do that because its directv that handles our accounts, even though we pay century link. Had to take another day off work for them to swap the receivers. The service sucks! It goes out at least once a day and during this last outage it was down for 3 days, 2 of which I was home with a sick child that wanted to watch cartoons but since the Internet was down too we couldn't even watch Netflix. It's crazy how horrible we are treated for the amount we pay! Never again will I have DirecTv or century link, once we pcs I won't be sad to say goodbye to them!

It is a o incredibly frustrating when we pay a ridiculous amount for internet that regularly is unavailable or unable to handle even a single tv show on Netflix. Century link pretty much has a monopoly out here and I feel like they use that to their full advantage. Customer satisfaction definitely does not seem to be a priority!

They can't ever find our account. Regularly have problems with billing. They opened up four accounts on us before ever getting service established. Service goes out several times a day everyday without fail. Within the last two months that problem has increased. Went 4 consecutive days where service only worked for brief periods of tim. Phone was out all 4 consecutive days.

I love DirecTV but hate this pathetic collaboration with CenturyLink. CenturyLink's equipment is terrible and lags all the time. DirecTV needs to drop them or I'll have to drop DirecTV. Oh and neither can explain why I can't have cool things like the "genie"

I feel that we should get a refund for the days the internet was not available or not at expected function.

I have all types of billing issues. They have opened up accounts that I didn't tell them to open on multiple occasions. Then they unbundled my billing without my knowledge. I'm so sick of them.

We have had centurylink for internet and direct tv for almost a year it has been nothing but problems. The TV is always searching for satellite. The internet is slow and unreliable. Customer service frustrates me to no end because they can never find my account. I wish that I wasn't stuck with centurylink

In the 18 months we've lived at SAFB with CenturyLink service, we have received the worst customer service and least reliable TV and Internet we've ever had anywhere in the country - and with 5 moves in 9 years that's saying something. The lack of correct a account # on our bills means customer service agents can't find our accounts when we call to question service outages or billing errors. In those 18 months, my bill has increased 4 times meaning I currently pay significantly higher rates than off base customers for substandard/unreliable service. I work from home. When El Paso Tel handled our internet service, I always received the full 12 mpbs for which I paid. Since CenturyLink has taken over the service, I only average about 5 mpbs although I'm still charged the same monthly rate. With slower speeds and frequent outages, my work product and livelihood are affected. I have filed 2 BBB complaints and 1 FCC complaint (under their military department) due to account # issues and uncorrected billing errors that have caused me to overpay on 4 different occasions. I didn't think it was possible to get any worse until the most recent issues left us days without service. I have the day my contract is up marked with a big smiley face on my calendar.

We had service installed by century link ,for both Internet an direct tv service. Since July ( month of installation ) I have had monthly issues with customer service. I've even been told I do not have an account. Just last month ( January ) we got all of the customer service account issues resolved after 5 hours on the phone and 19 reps in ONE call ! ( not to mention the numerous calls between July and January). Since November I have started having intermittent outages with my Internet And tv they tend to go out at the same time. I have called and asked for a credit and was told no. I don't feel that we should have to pay for services that are unreliable and intermittent. I would have also hoped I would receive some sort of credit for the countless hours I spent on the phone with countless numbers of century link customer service reps . I really hope century link will do right by all of their customers here at Schriever AFB and right their wrong by issuing a substantial credit to all of our accounts . This is the 7th consecutive month I have had issues with century link at this location . I have been a direct tv customer for about 9 years and have never had any problems with Their service OR their customer service reps . Please take pride in the services you provide and make things right !

As long as you get your payments you could care less if we have service. Between cable and internet we have the lowest plans and we are still at $150/month and seems rising each month for cable and internet to never work. Have used Directv for years but with recent costumer service and all that's happening, once we move we won't ever use directv or century link ever again.

I was hoping with the combined service and bundled discount it would be better service and cheaper then paying for separate service. After it taking a month to get service, the quality service, price and horrible customer service I would rather pay two bills. Usually takes me four phones calls just to get someone that can find my account let alone start to address any problems.!
