Social media should not be blocked from school WiFi because it won't stop cyber-bullying, children, especially middle-schoolers, need to learn how to use it safely, and because it is good for creating and sharing ideas in the classroom. So maybe if the schools incorporated social media into the curriculum or at least unblocked all the sites and we should be allowed to use it during certain times of the day.
