For years now, Facebook has been blocked at CEHS while other social media sites, games, and apps have flourished. Clash of Clans, Twitter, Instagram, and Google Drive are among the offenders.
Cape Elizabeth SuperFan president Josie Spidle says "I need Facebook to make events for the upcoming games. It's real tough to do that when Facebook is blocked. These events bring the school together, and without FB, people just don't hear about them."
Yearbook staff across the board are frustrated daily by the "inability to access candids that are vital to completing our Yearbook."
We've kept it in it's cage for 4 years. The people of CEHS have spoken. Let's free Facebook!!
"And while you're at it, could we maybe unblock Tumblr, too?" - Rachel Garrity
