The medical students year 3 are requesting that the 60 dollars included in our tuition fee for scrubs be removed. Some of the reasons include:
✓one,60 dollars is way too much for two scrubs!and why are international students charged 60 dollars (250,000) and local students 150,000 Uganda shillings?.
✓Two, the uniform is exactly the same as those for nursing students!, UpTo the point that doctors at the hospital find it difficult to differentiate medical students from nursing students.
Third, why would they charge us for scrub that are long sleeves? What's the point when you can't go into theatre with it. It a uniform for nursing not a scrub for medical students.
