I was just reading through the latest comments and honestly the sheer variety of perspectives is wilder than I imagined when I hit publish on this thing. Most people seem to be stuck on the same logistical worries I keep trying to map out in my notebook late at night while the silence from the administration is becoming pretty loud.

I really did not think this would gain this much steam so fast because honestly some days it feels like nobody listens to students at all. It is wild to see so many people actually grabbing onto this idea and looking in the same direction even when my laptop battery is dying and my coffee is long cold.

Finally. Its about time we can actually protect ourselves instead of being sitting ducks.
Constitutional rights dont stop at the campus gate. Let us carry.
I feel way safer knowing trained people are around. Campus security cant be everywhere at once.
Good luck with this. Hope the admin finally listens to common sense.

ridiculous that we have to fight for this. i just want to be able to walk to my car at night without being terrified
