Oppose the planned changes in the Swiss train network connecting Geneva

This new schedule is super annoying. Two changes to Basel are maing this trip way less enjoyable. You can't work properly in the train anymore. On top of this, the Renens changes sometimes have 15min change times, or if it is only 5min you have to change platforms, which is super stressful

Also the direct connection from Geneva to Bern now is affected, which has been the alternative for going to Basel, for those who get sick on tilting trains. Reaching Geneva by train from Germany is now becoming really inconvenient, not to mention the ecological implications if more people again use cars or flights. This is really the opposite of what should be the future.

Trains help to reduce traffic pollution, so please add direct connections to/from Geneva instead of cancelling them.

Very punitive and unwarranted modifications to the schedule. Has a discriminatory element to it which appears very political rather than cost saving.

The connections to the South of Germany (Bavaria, Munich) are already mediocre. Don't make it worse. Rather improve.

We already need to change at least twice to reach Germany (our home country) or at least once to reach other large cities in Switzerland. This change will make train travel even more complicated / unattractive! Going to places by car is much easier, but less ecological!

I regularly travel from geneve to Zurich for work during the week. This change is rather bad for me as it means there will a significant reduction, about half, of the travel routes I use often. Also, Already right now the route Zürich -> Geneve is often overcrowded during rush hours. I cannot image how horrible will be with less routes. I strongly discourage this route reduction to be performed.

Visiting my family members in Germany and receiving visits from them will be difficult with multiple train changes required, especially when travelling with children or for elderly persons who cannot carry their luggage as easily.
