Hello MC Spouses in the Beaufort SC area! We are petitioning to bring a spouses-only kickball league to the women of MCAS Beaufort and MCRD Paris Island. Several other area leagues are already established and enjoyed immensely by both players and husbands alike. This kickball league will not only promote camaraderie and a fun competitive atmosphere, but it is also a wonderful outdoor activity, making way for a healthy mind and body! Please be a part of bringing the Spouses Beaufort Area Kickball Association to life!

I am honestly overwhelmed by how many of you reached out to share your own excitement for this league. It turns out I am not the only one looking for a reason to get outside and have some fun. This is entirely your energy driving the momentum now.

I played in California and absolutely loved it. My husband is deployed right now and I came home to Beaufort sc and would love to play again.
I belive the spouses kick ball league helps military spouses come together as one , no matter the husband or wives rank in place it is set aside for the better of the team. The years I had the honor to play this wonderful sport , I made many friends that helped me through not just running bases and kicking a ball , but also in real life issues .
Coming to an end on season #4, kickball does more for me than you could even imagine. I couldn't have gotten thru this PCS without kickball. 3 seasons on Pendleton (SPAKA) and 1 season on Kaneohe Bay(SHAKA). Every base needs kickball.
As a former commissioner of SLAKA I can wholeheartedly sign this petition to help bring the spirit of camaraderie, charity and competition to the spouses in Beaufort! With minimal support from MCCS the league can accomplish all of those perks for spouses and bring support to the underrepresented spouses that develop networks, villages and tribes through athletics. Best of luck ladies of Beaufort!
My wife started the kickball league in Hawaii and it is the one thing that bring spouses together to have fun, help each other, and form life-long bonds. Each base needs to have kickball for the wives. The wives give so much to support their husbands, this is something small that can be done to thank them and support them with.
Kickball is a great way to get out and meet more friends! I absolutely love playing kickball here at Pendleton and wish every base had a Spouses Kickball League.
This helped me meet new friends and get out of the house. I want everyone to have this opportunity.

I would love to have a kickball league. We had something very similar to this in Miramar that was very successful, and was a great way for spouses to create an amazing friendships and support systems for themselves.
