We are Citizens Against the Town of Brookfield Expansion or the "Petition to Incorporate Town of Brookfield as a Village." Our membership is beginning with a group of homeowners in the Town of Waukesha, in the Whitehall subdivision. We welcome all other Town of Waukesha residents affected by this proposed annexation to our plight.

I've found out that this online petition cannot be used for legal purposes, but this will show them that we do mean business.   I will be looking to you to sign my petition that I'll be coming around with.

We are against an expansion of Town of Brookfield without involvement and representation of current Town of Waukesha homeowners. There are parties who would like to allow an annexation of the Town of Waukesha lands bordered by Greenfield Avenue, Springdale Road and Highway 164. (see section 1 in map below)

The Town expansion will cause:
 Increased taxes, Town of Brookfield is much higher then Town of Waukesha

 Increased costs due to sewer/water hookups

Signing the petition is simply asking the Town of Brookfield to stop this unwanted annexation.
