The scale of this response is sufficient to move our campaign into the formal planning phase. I have begun drafting a comprehensive letter for the planning committee that outlines our collective opposition to the proposed traffic and noise increases.

Ridiculous idea. Our town centre is struggling enough as it is without turning this into a massive shopping hub.
Enough is enough. Keep the store the size it is or go elsewhere.
Noise pollution is already bad enough without a two storey car park looming over our gardens. It just isnt fair on the people who have lived here for years.
NO MORE PARKING LOTS. We live here and don't want to look at a concrete monstrosity from our windows.
Everard Close is far too narrow for the amount of traffic they already have. This is going to be dangerous for the kids walking to school.

The traffic around here is already a nightmare at 5pm. We do not need extra lorries clogging up the street every single day.
