A proposal has been accepted to develop 107 high rise apartments located on Restwell Rd, Prairiewood (back end of Stocklands near the T-way, football field). As you can imagine, it would be an overdevelopment (considering Stocklands expansion and introduction t-way), would make the area excessively dense, landscapeless, with the multi-stories potentially dwarfing surrounding residences (which are single story). It would take away from the small green area and walk ways we have left around here. It would be an awkward complex in a narrow suburban area, and as such instructive and insensitive. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH,
Ridiculous idea. My backyard will be looking straight into someone elses bedroom window. Keep the height down or put it somewhere else!

The traffic down there is already a nightmare with the tway and the shopping centre. We dont need 100 more cars trying to get out onto those tiny side streets every morning.
