How is this getting to be put forward again after Aberdeenshire Council threw it out and the Scottish government ! Nothing changed still in very close proximity to neighbouring properties except road access which is now coming out onto the A952 Mintlaw to Toll of Birness . This road is such an accident black spot already with the impatient drivers . How can this possibly be safe with lorries which are slow moving till they get up to speed be deemed a safe option !

Lies & blindfoldeds handed repeatedly by CHAP, that having a quarry immediately adjacent to your property boundary will have NO ADVERSE AFFECT ON YOUR LIVES & WELLBEING.

I can only imagine the noise as at present I have a house being built beside me and it has spoiled my peace and quiet I moved to the country fir peace and privacy well it’s all gone and this will be even worse if this gets the go ahead

I am sure they have had little thought of as to the narrow infrastructure , and should consider a different access point to this site. It’s totally unacceptable to set out this without dialogue and looking at alternatives here where families live on the door step.
