AP courses allowed me to graduate from UCSB a year early, and start my teaching credential ahead of time. Removing them is ridiculous. Education is important and knowledge is power!

AP classes challenge students to try their best and work to their fullest potential. It also helps better prepare them for college coursework.

i think that cutting an AP course is wrong and a scholl should not be allowed to take out courses even if only one student signs up for it.

High school is supposed to be about learning and having fun. By taking away the students AP classes your taking their fun away and their learning. Also these AP classes can help them with college. School is supposed to help us learn well by taking AP classes away more and more students will have less of a chance of learning. For some students those AP classes might be their golden ticket to a successful life. My parents said when I get a job, make sure it's a fun job or something that i'm good at. As our educators please let the students learn what they want to be successful at so they can have some fun while on their way to having a good life.

The AP classes at my high school set me up for success in college and beyond. Students deserve to challenge themselves through AP classes in order to improve their skills and become more qualified applicants for college. It is the school's responsibility to provide as many opportunities for their students as possible. Funding for classes should be first priotity.

Honestly, I didn't get good grades in high school. APs made a huge difference to my application process, and allowed me to get in to UCM, where I am currently thriving. They also provide vital credit to students who can pass the test, but might not be able to shell out a couple grand for another semester of college. AP classes are a valuable opportunity, and should remain acailable as much as possible.

Some of my favorite classes in high school were AP classes because even though they were some of the hardest classes I've ever taken, I've never felt so proud of my accomplishments before!
