From villa park and it would be a disgrace to have the gas station built here! Keep it clean! No to the gas station

Please do not allow the development of this land space to result in a gas station and convenience store. We do not need this to enhance the community.

My husband and I are both 4th generation Glen Ellyners, and we feel that the building of a gas station at 5-corners (as proposed) is a very bad idea. That corner is far too close to residential homes, streets and schools. I am certain that the corner could be redeveloped in a way that would have less of an impact on your tax paying citizens. Please stop pursuing this project. Thank you.

This proposed station could have an environmental impact, as well as increased safety concerns for motorists as well as children trying to get back and forth from the two grade schools in the area. It also would be an eyesore and lower home values to an entire neighborhood. The five corners area has historical significance, and doesn't need a 24/7 gas station convenience store further diminishing it.

This is a hazard to our young children trying to cross the streets and our community!

I support my fellow community members, particularly those in the Forest Glen neighborhood, who are concerned about the safety and aesthetics of a gas station at this location.

I agree with the reasons not to allow, specifically with the nature of the corner and landscape of intersection on a hill. This is already a potentially dangerous corner.

No need for another gas station. There was one there years ago and it closed down--why put another one in there? How does a gas station blend in with the history of Stacy's Tavern??

Not consistent with the historic gateway idea. Stacy's Tavern and this together. Nope. Bad idea.

No to a 24/7 gas station. It invited robberies and crime.

This is a high traffic area as it is and would block the beautiful historical museum. A small business that compliments that corner and adds real estate value to our community is what we need.

Born and raised in Glen Ellyn and still here. (Just happen to be in Sarasota.) No need for a gas station at 5 corners for all the reasons others have stated.

This would be an insult to the historical museum, Stacey's Tavern and the park...how about a coffee shop with smart in and out for drivers??
Too close to school and homes.
