I feel a gas station so close to homes, and an elementary school is completely inappropriate and I strongly oppose.

I don't support the further development of fossil fuels. Plus this proposed gas station is slated to go directly across from my sister's house. Keep Glen Ellyn beautiful. Not further pollute our Earth.

Absolutely do not want a 24 hr gas station at that corner. Right by my house. We do not need any more traffic. We don't need more congestion especially with the elementary school near by. Its not a good location, right in the middle of a neighborhood.

Perfectly fine with this being an empty corner. There is already plenty of traffic at that intersection.

This is a terrible idea. 24 hours of people coming and going. Bright lights and most likely riff raff in a residential area, close proximity to a grade school and a location that was supposedly to be an area of historical preservation of Glen ellyn. THIS IS WRONG.

Please do not build this gas station. It would be a disaster

A 24 hour gas station right by forest glen grade school would be a disaster for this town.

As much as I'd like to see Glen ellyn receive the revenue, this is NOT the part of Glen Ellyn that should have a business like this. It belongs on a large commercial area like Roosevelt Rd. This project is very inappropriate for 5 Corners.

Step 1: Stop the gas station Step 2: Vote out the trustees that did this. This is a terrible, terrible move for the village

First the village screws up by purchasing private property at too high of a price, second they sell it at a substantial loss, now we face the possibility of a monsterous development a block from an elementary school. Nice job. There are no other 12 pump stations on st. charles for a reason (and why the last station at that location failed)...which means it will be up for sale again in the future with struggling owners, potentially even vacant.

Keep the northern gateway to Glen Ellyn from becoming congested due to traffic at such a busy intersection at such a steeply graded hill as you head east on st.charles road, while destroying the serene night time residential atmosphere with bright illumination!

Simply not needed. There's a reason we're considered one of the best small towns in America, and it's not because of a dearth of gas stations. Please vote no.
