Cutting down all those trees? shameful! more bright lights? no! this will interfere with the surrounding residential neighborhood. certainly doesn't fit with historical feel planned for this "gateway to Glen Ellyn". unfortunately this gas station has the feel of a typical Village of Glen Ellyn "sneak it in under cover of darkness" plan. I'm a close neighbor yet the first time I learned of the gas station was when it was listed as a new business in the spring newsletter. sounds rather like a done deal. I'm opposed to a gas station at this location.

Lights are a big issue. What happened to the original historical plan? Walgreens lights are too bright. Now a gas station. . we do not need more light. I live at 930 Forest Avenue .

A gas station at the proposed site will negatively impact my grandchildren - their backyard will butt up against the gas station causing more noise pollution disrupting the neighborhood and possibly affecting their home value. They already have the noise and garbage and occasional drunks from the convenience store next door.

Please do not allow another gas station in the place that has failed as gas stations before! This is not good for the neighborhood!

I cannot believe the Village would allow a gas station 1 block from a grade school. Increased emissions from gas transfers to cars, as well as when gas is supplied to the pumps, plus idling cars at the station have to raise health concerns. Unbelievably bad idea.

I do not want this in my neighborhood. My children cross Geneva to walk to Dairy Queen and this is no place for a 24/7 gas station.

I live 1 block north at Emerson and Main I do not want all the added traffic and clientele associated with this type of business.

This is rediculous. This ruining our environment. This greed beyond limits. They are also adding a gas station on swift and north ace that we petitioned. We need to conserve the land we have.

Horrible idea! Especially with a elementary school nearby.

No, no, no. Keep our neighborhood safe, clean, and within Glen Ellyn lighting code and proposed village plans. There is a mega gas station 1 mile away from five corners. Let us maintain the integrity of quaintness, safety and family of our neighborhood.

No variances! Lighting, signage and appearance must meet our code and fit the site or no deal. No matter how much we want the sales tax $.

We do not need or want a gas station in this location. It is a terrible plan and must be stopped!

Absolutely not! It will cause traffic congestion & increase traffic which will be unsafe for the children that attend Forest Glen and walk to and from school. It's to close to the surrounding residential area. Air pollution is also a concern.
