I oppose the gate. As the neighborhoods have grown, we have encountered plenty of additional traffic in all directions. A gated community is different. It is blocked in with one entrance and is responsible for all roads and maintenance.

I personally don't use this route, but this is a public road that benefits from public funding hence I'm opposed to the gate.

I oppoose this gate. I live on Dickens Place Drive and have the same issues but know this is the reality of our subdivisions being open to each other. If the City are the ones that opened College at Dickens Place Drive then they should not allow one subdivison out of 4 to block traffic flow.

Oppose gate! Would create issues with traffic for nearby neighborhoods. Look for other alternatives.

I don't agree with putting a gate because many people go through the neighborhood to enter and exit to go home. The same problem would occur if u put a gate between lakes of nicholas and dickens place.

Resident of Cherry Tree Park who can no longer exit the main entrance of my neighborhood thanks to the new stoplight at College and Getwell. I am forced to go through the rear entrance of my neighborhood to get to College, Davis, and eventually Church Road to head west to get to work each day. A gate for Castle Ridge would completely eliminate our access to Davis Road.
No to the gates
No gate!!!!
