I see and understand both sides views, but this petition is correct. A gate should NOT be put up.

This route is much safer than Swinnea because of the ability to be t-boned at the Swinnea and Starlanding intersection.

This entrance into the neighborhood connects all of the surrounding neighborhoods. Many times when church road is blocked, this is the safest, fastest route.

This directly affects me and my family as we live close to this subdivision and use Davis Road routinely when commuting. Its not right to use my tax dollars for road maintenance when I'm not able to fully utilize a public road.

We as tax payers should not have to pay for this subdivision to have gates.

Because we pay taxes on these, I consider cutting off access a hostile act. Attempts at legal 'work-arounds' is shameful and morally bankrupt.

NO TO THE GATE! I pay taxes to maintain those roads. Castle Ridge would be mooching off the government by restricting access. No one likes that kind anti-liberty garbage. Another thing: other communities need multiple, additional and alternate routes. Kevin Davis, Lakes of Nicholas.

As a nurse who does go on call I need the fastest route possible to get to work in case of emergency.

Use that route to quickly get to exit to 55, to take 3year grandson to St. Judes. If my tax dollars are still mainting the roads, then I want to use it anytime I want to. VOTE-NO
