This junction urgently needs to be made safer not closed! No matter what the cost! Force the land owners into a corner it's hardly going to cause anything major to them after all!!!

not the most practical of ideas, I'm at pains to see why time and money has been spent during its inception. only a few months ago it was worked on, at least asses it over a period.
