closing this will only drive more traffic down Houghton Cut. Another common black spot. its much better now the grass has gone. need either traffic lights or a roundabout.

Houghton cut and the slip road to Houghton will be a nightmare during busy traffic with the closure of the junction to newbottle. Another plan is needed not a closure.
