I’m a platinum and have never cruise with an other cruise line. But that is about to change because of your new reward plan. I will black ball carnival and never cruise with carnival ever again.

This is so unfair to us that are on a fixed income and can’t afford to cruise often. Why is Carnival trying to get everyone to take Carnival Credit Card? What about us that don’t qualify for it? That’s unfair to us that our loyalty is with Carnival.

My husband and I have been cruising with carnival, we have just made it to platinum. Won't continue to support carnival if they remove the loyalty program people have have supporting. The average person cannot afford to spend the sort of money you are offering to keep your status

Need it leave it the way it is. Look like alot of people are leaving Carnival because of this from what I've been reading. Wjy does everything always have to change for the worse. Alot of people who cruise don't have alot of extra spending money to earn stars. Doesn't seem fair to those people & I'm one of those people.

I’ve been so excited to plan as many cruises as possible to get to the next level and now all that’s going to go away after years I feel like you’re going to lose a lot of loyal customers

I’ve spent thousands of dollars to earn my loyalty status only for it to be taken away. I have future cruises booked to level up and now those will be worthless. Time for new management at Carnival.

I earned my platinum status the end of 2023, with my first cruise ever being in 2017. It should not be something that can be taken away and changed to a star program. I cannot imagine how the Diamond people are feeling.. we have paid our hard earned money to carnival if we are platinum or diamond!!! Do not change what is working

I've taken 24 cruises within 9 years. I've been trying to reach my status as Diamond. I've been booking lots of cruises to achieve this goal. Now I just feel it's pointless to continue to book cruises since my status can be taken away and some of the perks that I have now as Platinum is going to almost be the same as I am now. I actually looked forward to those logo gifts and looked forward to unlimited laundry since from time to time I take my grandkids. Knowing that I have that perk in case it was needed. I've been loyal to carnival since 2016. Never did I go on others cruise lines when I was offered a good deal. I remained loyal to carnival for 9 years. During COVID I booked cruises even when they wasn't allowed to sail. I've taken my grandkids on cruises with me and they are gold now. They get so happy to see their status change. Giving them a sense of achievement. As the years go by they will be in college and won't be able to sail for a while. Meaning whatever status they are won't any longer exist. How disappointed I am feeling right now with carnival. I'm heart broken and feeling betrayed. I am hopeful however that carnival will do the right thing and let us keep our status.

very disappointed in this decision so only the rich benefit and forget about us that struggle to buy their family that one special cruise a year. Guess if you are poor you don't get to be important.
