Please do not change the loyalty system to this reward system- instead you can increase the days needed. Your loyalty system was a great system the rewards system not so. We are a cruising family, not airline travelers going from A to B.

Having cruises since 2003 didn’t get in the first wave of people going to diamond when you only needed a certain number of cruises not days to go up in status. Finally got to platinum in 2022. Didn’t think I would ever get to diamond but to have Carnival change the rules is crazy. Why can’t the people already at these levels be grandfathered in? We have been loyal. Didn’t complain when I was unable to use my Costa 11 day cruise owned by Carnival to move up a level. To find out it was all for nothing is irritating. Have been loyal to Carnival. Always my first choice but now I will start looking at other cruise lines more often. Thank you Carnival for not being loyal to us after our loyalty to you

I am Platinum and Have enough future cruises booked to be just one long or 2 short cruises from diamond. I have spent years and tons of cash to get to this point. diamond was going to be a big deal and celebration cruise with the family. That goal has just been flushed down the toilet. Am I angry, feeling betrayed and disrespected. For sure. I have watch loyalty benefit disappear one after the other over and over again. And now they are gonna just scoop in and take it all.
