Some can’t afford or want credit cards we cruise with carnival for loyalty but the new rewards doesn’t work for us

This is NOT a loyalty program. It's a slap in the face to those that were once your loyal customers. I have no reason to stay with Carnival now.

No to buying rewards
Do like Disney. If you don’t cruise within a 5 year period (or 3 year period) you lose your status.

It took us years to build up to Platinum level. Now that is being taken away. The new policy is unfair to the current Platinum and Diamond levels.

I have just recently got gold and felt so happy and I always said I wanted to te reach platinum and now this is going to crush that dream. I don’t think this new point system will work and I’m sorry to say I think you will be losing a lot of loyal cruisers me being one of them. I can’t believe I now will never reach platinum or even diamond as most people usually cruise on carnival because it is one of the most affordable cruise lines and had this great system called VIFP and now going to take it away. Sad sad sad day in the cruise industry

After 20+ years of loyalty Carnival rewards our loyalty with a big middle finger?? Right back at you Carnival ! We don’t stick around where we’re not wanted, time to move on!

I am a Platinum cruise as well as my family. We love Carnival, but will no longer cruise with you due to this change.

Gives me reason to go elsewhere. I still have two booked (#23 and 24) with Carnival and will looking elsewhere for my next one.

As a senior I can't afford to spend $16,000 to maintain my Platinum status I've spent years to achieve. Grandfather us current Platinum/Diamond for our loyalty to you. Others start this program with them.
