Say No to Carnival Cruise Line's New Rewards Program

At least let the Platinum and Diamond customers be grandfathered in as of May 31, 2026. Don’t rip that away from them.

Horrible mistake - heartbreaking to spend so many years loyal to one cruise line for this.

I finally reached Platinum and this happens. It was the only reason I kept sailing with Carnival. Now I can sail all the others without having to feel loyal to any company.

I just made it to platinum and have ONLY cruised on Carnival, hoping to one day achieve diamond status. YOU just made that dream impossible and now I will try other cruise lines!

I have been platinum for a long time. So if they don't turn this back, I will never go on carnival again.

I’ve cruised nothing but Carnival I’ve been loyal to you and now you do this. Revoke it or lose me.

I was told I would never lose my status. This isn't loyal at all to your longest mist loyal customers.

This is a slap in the face for your most loyal customers.
