Definitely "NO" to a gas station on that corner. Also, i think the owners of the property need to clean it up. It looks like a dump of concrete abd paving debris.

NO GAS STATION IS WANTED OR NEEDED!!! 6 gas stations (if not more) in a 5 mile radius is beyond enough!!! Please preserve the peace and integrity of this neighborhood.

This is not necessary as there are more than enough gas stations in the area already! We do NOT need the traffic, we definitely dont need another gas station and another car wash in Cicero is ridiculous! What happened to going outside and washing your own car?

There are enough stations within a mile radius. No need to add more. Let's stop trying to create a metropolis of a town.

Not necessary other stations and stores nearby. It will attract unwanted attention to our neighborhood.

I am opposed to the re-zoning of this property making it possible for a gas station to be built . This is a residential area and a high traffic business that runs 24/7, 365 days, does not belong there. We did not purchase $200,000+ homes to have this type of business in our backyards. There are currently 5 gas stations within a 1 mile or less radius of our homes and this location, none of which are in a residential area. There are many other locations nearby that would be suitable for such a business and not directly interfere with families and their right to privacy and safety.

I do not support a change in zoning that will be detrimental to the homeowners of Lawton Valley. Traffic cutting through the neighborhood to avoid the added congestion at Lawton and 31 will directly impact the safety of the residential streets nearby. Furthermore the added lights and noise will present undue disturbance at all hours to adjoining properties.

No! Lawton rd. cannot handle the current traffic load. There are no sidewalks, curbs, or shoulders. Building a convenience store will only make matters worse.

There is definitely no need for another gas station in this area. There's 5 gas stations and 3 car washes within 1-2 miles. There's concern for property values, noise and lighting for nearby houses, traffic is already out of control in the area and environmental issues will increase. Lawton Rd has a 30 mph speed limit with cars already doing 50 causing safety issues for bicyclist and walkers. Ten to twenty cars go off Lawton Rd every year due to speeding and weather conditions and the added traffic will likely increase the occurences. The light on the corner has made traffic worst as well as the island and turn situation coming out of Lawton Valley Hunt and the new condos north of Rt31. The island should be removed and people could turn left without heading toward Cicero.

They do not need another gas station especially that close to a residential neighborhood.

We definitely do not want anything more going in around this neighborhood unless it's a park - there is way too much traffic now going on and Route 31 is just not equipped to handle it.
