There is no need for yet another gas station in this area. It is too close to residential area. Also, Lawton road is dangerous enough without additional traffic.

I am against the proposed gas station for many reasons. The environmental and health implications, increase in traffic, and lowered property values are some of the reasons I am opposed.

There are numerous reasons why I am against this proposal. The noise pollution, increase in traffic, lighting issues and potential environmental concerns name just a few. A residential area is not the proper location for this type of business. The town should try to improve the residents' quality of life- not approve plans that will diminish it.

Not the development type I want in a quiet neighborhood where down the road there is already 3 gas stations. Traffic and roads are already backed up to there depending on time of day.

I am against any changes to the zoning that would allow a gas station to be built within the Lawton Valley subdivision. There are other areas along route 31 that are not populated and would be much more suitable than a populated residential neighborhood.
