The added noise pollution and air pollution is of great concern. Another concern is people loitering and causing trouble. The lot now looks like a dump and needs to be cleaned up.

As a resident on Wyandra Drive I do not want a gas station that close to my backyard where my kids play.

This gas station is not needed with many within a short distance. We do not approve of the re-zoning.

It should be a park somewhere kids could go and hang out

This proposed gas station is not needed in this area. It will damage the livelihood of the nearby community and neighbors all while endangering the local residents. Noise pollution, light pollution, and hazourdous materials in close proximity to homes.

This gas station is absolutely unnecessary and needs to be stopped

Please find another commercial use for this space that does not involve the potential for pollution.

Another gas station is so unnecessary! Please consider something needed more for the area.

I don't need toxic exposure nor does anyone in our development for a gas station that is not a necessity when there are 6 within a 3 mile radius of our homes to begin with. Waste of time and money and not worth the risk to the environment or to the residents

-There are FOUR gas stations 2 tenths of a mile down the SAME road. -DO not add more traffic to our residential area!

I am for commercial development at this location but within existing zoning, i.e. NOT a gas station.

I like the idea of a gas station there. Be great to walk to a gas station and get groceries without going on a busy road like route 31 or hopping in your car. I doubt the traffic would be bad considering most people are coming from route 81, or farther down on 31 towards the McDonalds. No way I'm signing this

This is an awful idea. The increase in traffic, noise, and unwanted lighting that this would cause near a residential community is not necessary. It is even more unnecessary when there are 5 or so gas stations within a couple mile radius.

We already have six gas stations in the area. There are many other land use options that would better serve the members of this community.

No need for another gas station when there's 6 within a few miles of our development every way, 5 of those being on 31. How many do we really need around here? Not to mention the wildlife we are already seeing in our development and in our backyards since the construction across the street. Enough is enough- wildlife, the ecosystem and our health is at risk. I'm not interested in padding oil companies pockets in general, but especially not interested in this instance because it simply isn't necessary and the wildlife that is left locally is more than affected already. We have enough options for gas. Plant some trees instead and make a small park!
