This is a terrible location for an enormous grocery store!

No rezoning at Hilcrest and LBJ. There is enough traffic and grocery stores here.
I live on Araglin ct.

If you do not live near this intersection/in our neighborhood, please do not comment. I built my house to escape a high-traffic traffic loud area. Please put the HEB elsewhere.

The homeless/unhoused people will love the parking garage. Customers will NOT.

I love HEB but this is the wrong location. We are a residential neighborhood with significant traffic that will only worsen with HEB shoehorned in that location. Good luck. I hope you find a good location already zoned for a grocery store development.

My wife and I have lived in the Hillcrest Villa neighborhood just south of the proposed development for well over 10 years. While we already enjoy grocery shopping at 4 stores within 2 miles, a large HEB will generate far too much traffic, making it extremely arduous for ingress/egress from our neighborhood throughout the day. I strongly oppose the idea of another store in an area currently zoned for office development.

The influx of cars on Hillcrest will cause accidents and greatly slow traffic. This is not a good plan and the City of Dallas should not allow the rezoning to happen.

I'm actually in favor of the HEB, I'm just signing this petition to show how stupid I think it is.

The location of store will contribute to unimaginable traffic noise and crime. There are much better areas for this store.
