Unit 902 Definitely do NOT want Aronov in charge of the HOA.

We are absentee owners and rely on HOA management to represent our interests and the interest of all owners. Allowing the developer to take control of HOA management is certainly a conflict of interest that could negatively affect the owners.

Sean Clouse - #408: It seems obvious that this would give too much power to a single entity. Checks and balances between multiple parties has worked well for over 200 years. I see no reason to move away from that model now. Opposed to Aronov managing the HOA.

We are opposed to Aronov being the HOA manager. We need a dedicated person to be CAM. Aronov should continue to be the rental management company to avoid conflict of interest. Unit 1504.

The HOA manager should be independent of the developer or any property manager and be a full-time CAM.

My Asian Retreat @1607 is listed for sale, so I’m not sure I deserve to weigh in on future management issues. But in my experience with Aronov, their actions have definitely not been in the best interest of the individual owners.

I would like a dedicated CAM. The HOA manager should be independent of the developer and be a full-time CAM.
