I believe it would be a conflict of interest for Arnova to represent the HOA.

I am also opposed to having Aronov in charge of AQUA's HOA management! I believe that the HOA manager should be independent of the developer and be a full-time CAM.

I think that Aronov would be
a huge conflict of interest as well as any property management companies in the business of managing condo rentals for
condo owners.
Say no to Aronov

We own 6 different businesses, one of which manages properties. I know, from experience, that someone who is in charge of all positions in a company has total control and absolute power. Aqua needs checks and balances. We do not need one company in charge of both positions. Thank you for your time.

Post hurricane Michael we all have experienced a rather challenging time. If our board fails to hear our collective voices yelling No Way to this major conflict of interest shame on them for being both blind and deaf to the interest they were elected to serve.
Our HOA family has lost Joey and his replacement will soon understand their lofty goals from us will be to meet our expectations from our former, professional CAM; as it will be highly unlikely he/she will provide the level of service we have grown accustom to under Joey’s helm.

I agree that Aronov would be a conflict of interest. I don’t think it would be on best interest of the owners. That said, it will be difficult to recruit someone who will work as hard and be as committed as Joey.

Unit 203. Absolutely do not want Aronov fulfilling HOA management responsibilities. I prefer to have a dedicated onsite manager who is unbiased like our current setup. I own units at Calypso and they are set up the same way with a dedicated CAM.

Absolutely Not Aronov!!! We need someone who will represent the interests of the owners. Aronov will represent its own interests and the interests of renters as opposed to owners. Please do not let this happen. I had a very bad experience with Aronov when they managed my unit for me. I can’t imagine what would happen if they managed the entire building

Unit 1209. I’m confused on why we would want to go back in time? I think we need to employ a full-time CAM and keep the front desk/developer separate from the HOA.
