No Gas Station. It's dangerous to have gasoline in the ground so close to a community of houses.

The ambiance of our town is going right out the door. Unfortunately cheapened by the zoning of another gas station where one is not needed. Keep Mount Peasant’s”Tree City” designation. Stop stripping Mount Pleasant of its beauty.

Another gas station is unnecessary. There are already three within a short distance. It is also inappropriate for a solely residential area.

I can’t imagine the traffic nightmare this would cause. We don’t need commercialization of our neighborhood. We already have a gas station near the front entrance of our development.
