The residents of the Town of Mount Pleasant are begging you to stop the madness. Soon, all Mount Pleasant will be is houses, gas stations and storage facilities. Almost all of the family friendly indoor venues have been run out due to outrageous rents. Mom and pop restaurants and businesses, on which this town used to be built upon, are closing. Help them! We don't need another gas station on highway 17!

It’s a shame if this actually gets voted for. What is happening to our beautiful town of Mount Pleasant ?! Are we becoming Mount Plastic instead ! There is no reason for another gas station especially this big close to Costco and other gas stations nearby this only has to do with some people putting money in their pockets and has nothing to do with our town and what we really need !
