Stop killing our town with unnecessary commercial locations.

We have enough gas stations within 2 miles, this is completely unnecessary

It's not needed! Plenty of gas stations in area already. It would only increase traffic plus there's a nearby hospital where quick access is mandatory. Stop overbuilding!

New station just being completed at Hwy. 41 and Clements Ferry. Plenty others already nearby. Don’t let them destroy Mt Pleasant any further please.

This proposed station adds nothing of value to the community. We have sufficient fuel options

Agree with other Mt.P residents here, we have plenty of gas stations. There are 5 major players within 4 miles of this proposal. Add a 6th if you go 2 miles up 41, then another at Lowe's Foods. The 2 mile radius around 526/Mathis Ferry adds another 10 gas stations. So that's ~16 gas stations in a little over 8 miles . Agree with the comment on assessing growth toward Awendaw.

We do not need a ridiculously large gas station here. There are plenty of stations serving this area. I think it just makes 17 look more like Myrtle Beach, trashy.

This would cause congestion for neighborhood and the high school.
