It would seem there are other sites that can be looked at rather than right outside of a gated community. Please go somewhere else.

We have plenty of gas stations. Why not leave this land undeveloped? If this must be developed, please build something useful like a grocery store or a Super Target.

In addition to the increased traffic at the unsignaled intersection, the plan also calls for an entrance to the gas station from Old Course Lane. It’s hard enough now to make a left turn south onto 17 without a signal. A gas station with 24 pumps will generate considerable congestion at Old Course and 17.
