This service station is not needed in this immediate area. I support a free market but if they desire a service station near this location it should not involve Charleston National entrances.

We live off Lieben Road and oppose the construction. Another gas station is not needed and will only detract from the natural beauty and relatively undevelopment of the north 17 area that we love.

NO - Send emails to TOMP Planning Office to share your position to DENY THE REQUEST FOR EXCEPTION - This request for an "exception" is because the site does not meet codes - First, this is a non-conforming use and Second, the trees were there when owners purchased property. Owners knew of trees, and now they claim trees are a hardship? TOMP - DENY THIS REQUEST!
