As a property owner in Charleston National Subdivision. This is an obtrusive plan that will have serious effect on property values and traffic flow safety issues, for another unneeded fuel station.

This gas station outside of neighborhood is in a location that will definitely create traffic concerns. The traffic is already out of control & will be worse in this area with the Wando High School just on the other side of 17. Do not grant the easement & say no to another gas station when we have one already on the first corner before the main entrance of CN & Costco gas is also nearby. Thanks.

This zoning variance should not be granted for at least the following: This particular piece of property is very near personal residences which would be noise intrusive and diminish quality of life near an already congested intersection. The proximity to a power right of way increases the possibility of any fuel accident causing a major disruption to many additional neighborhoods and communities.
