This neighborhood does not need a gas station at the entrance. It is unsafe and will destroy the charm of this area.

An emphatic NO!!!! It is not needed and will only increase congestion, add another eyesore, and destroy more of the natural beauty of N Mt Pleasant!

We don’t need another gas station - especially in a location so close to a residential community!

How about less gas stations and preserve some trees. Once you cut them down they will never come back. This place being turned into South Florida more and more every day.

Mt. Pleasant does not need another gas station. Especially of that size in that location.

We have enough gas stations within close proximity. A gas station had no business being built in front of a housing community.

I am a resident of Sweetgrass Landings and do not feel the board should approve the zoning variance. Save the buffer.

There are 4 gas stations within less than 2 miles of proposed site at entrance to CN. A gas station with convenience store is ugly and will result in too much traffic and litter in our neighborhood. It will reduce property values, too. Please vote No.

Another gas station?? More traffic!!!
We have more traffic then the city can handle!
Looks like our city of Mt Pleasant staff is looking to sell their soul to make more revenue.
Please keep this city clean and don't make it look like any other big city in USA.
The reason we moved here 15 years ago is to have peace and quiet NOT a jungle of gas stations in our neighborhood.
